Babies in Boyland: QAF Recaplet Ep 501
By StickyKeys Season 5 Episode 1 Aired on 2005.05.22
You can be the mommy, and I can be the daddy, and we can get it on on the living room floor!
Or not. You can be the mommy, and I can be the other mommy, and we can be separated and not tell anyone though we know our pivotal 10th anniversary is coming up and questions are bound to be asked.
Michael continues his long line of embarrassingly awful surprise parties that people know will suck just because they're thrown by Michael, but they come anyway. The secret about Mel and Lins gets outed and makes for Michael's most horrible party yet. He just keeps outdoing himself, that Mikey.
Justin has to stay in California/New Zealand (explanation will be in the recap) for a few more months to work on Rage, or as I like to call it Never Going to Happen... Ever, and it turns out I'm right because the plug got pulled and now Justin's out of a job. You would think this would mean we never have to see Conner's gross disgusting face ever again, but you'd be wrong.
Let's see, what else happened this ep? Deb and Horvath waste my time deciding to live back at Deb's place and catch Emmett in a titillating and supa hott situation. Emmett decides to move out, but then he decides to stay at Horvath's suggestion which pretty much shocked me. It was sweet and Emmett is just my sugar pie honey bunch so you know.
Brian made a lot of money at his company doing something or the other and we all know he's going to buy Babylon so do I really need to recap all of that? I do? Okay. I actually took some pretty good notes for his scenes so you won't be disappointed.
Ted is fat and old, but his new boy toy, (who, since he has never been named and looks like the poster child for NAMBLA, I have deemed Jesse McCartney) doesn't want another pretty face, and thinks Ted is beautiful.
Michael and Ben get some new, old friends who are apparently from, I don't know, British Columbia? What's up with those accents? They are the poster children for what goes right when you gay up a neighborhood and somewhere Jack McFarland and Will Truman realize that once again they are in the wrong neighborhood.
Overall it was a fun first hour. Recaplet of hour 2 will show up tomorrow followed by full recaps of both hours later this week.
Email me if you'd like to be put on the waiting list.
